CONSIGNOR HOURS
We will be open to accept consignment Monday-Wednesday 9 am – 12 pm . To schedule a pick up of your consignment, please call 952-746-6212. Please note we will not be accepting consignment (drop off or pick up) Thursday-Saturday so that we may host the most successful weekend sales event possible.
SCHEDULE OF CONSIGNMENT PICK-UP
If you do not want your items donated at the end of the 90 day period, you are free to pick them up during the final week of the period. Below find the schedule of pick up dates based on inventory processing dates. Please refer to your inventory reports which will show the date your items were processed. Any items remaining in the shop following the 90 day period will be gathered for donation.

ITEMS WE ACCEPT FOR CONSIGNMENT
Children's Clothing and Accessories
Name brand children's clothing sizes newborn to size 12 in new or very gently used condition. We no longer accept items from WalMart or KMart and very selectively from Target, Kohl's and JCPenney.
Children's Toys, Games, Movies and Books for all ages
Indoor and outdoor toys, games, movies and books with no missing parts, no torn pages, and no markings. Toys must be clean and with working batteries. If batteries are not working then Bella Bambino will provide and assess a fee to the consignor for battery cost. Non-working toys do not sell!! Children's movies (VHS or DVD) covers must be included and in good working order.
Maternity Clothing & Accessories
Unfortunately we are no longer accepting maternity clothing.
Baby Equipment
Cribs, portable cribs, pack ‘n plays, bassinets, cradles, changing tables, children's furniture, strollers, play gyms, baby carriers, baby slings, nursing pillows, baby seats, high chairs, booster seats, swings, bouncy seats, activity gyms, car seat covers, car seats* all sizes, *Car seats, must be less than 4 years old, with only one owner and accident free..
Infant Essentials
Nursing supplies, breast pumps, bottles (no used nipples or pacifiers), sippee cups, diaper bags, blankets, hooded towels, potty chairs, bathtubs, sound machines, diaper wipe warmers, bottle warmers, safety covers/plugs, baby gates, infant toys, New packages of diapers, wipes and pull-ups are also included. No open packages of diaper products are accepted.
Children's Furnishings & Décor
Children's bedroom décor/ furnishings, magnetic boards, new photo albums, toy storage, shelving, cubbies, children's bedding, window coverings, artwork, bedroom accessories, picture frames, mobiles, rugs, lamps, bedding sets/blankets, bed guardrails, kids tables and/or chairs.
Children's Sports Equipment
Clothing, footwear and gear for all sport activities including: bikes, trikes, scooters, karate, soccer, tennis, baseball, basketball, softball, dance, gymnastics, roller blades, roller skates, ice skates, snowboarding and skateboarding equipment, etc. are accepted. If you have a question about items that are not listed, please email or call us. We will be happy to assist you!
CONDITIONS FOR CONSIGNMENT
As a general rule, please consider whether you would re-purchase this item for your child in it's current condition. If not, please reconsider consigning the item. Your success is our success. We want to ensure your items sell quickly.
- All clothing items must be in excellent condition, in recent style, with no stains, missing buttons, tears or holes.
- All zippers/snaps and fasteners must be in working order and fixed to garment.
- No signs of excessive wear, pilling, fraying or pulls
- Items must meet all governmental safety regulations and should not have been recalled. Please check for recalls prior to consigning. Websites are listed below for reference.
- Items smelling of cigarette smoke or other odors cannot be sold, please be sure to freshly launder. Fabric softener is always a nice additive.
- Toys must be sanitized, not missing any parts and have working batteries (if required)
- Books in great condition will be accepted but must be free of markings and torn pages
- We do not accept equipment and toys with missing parts or damaged
- We do not accept stuffed animals that are not animated.
- We do not accept used pacifiers and nipples.
- We do not accept used underclothing and used maternity swimsuits
Please remember that items that we are not able to merchandise in our shop will either be available for pick up (within 2 days) or will be donated to the CAP Agency. Thank you for choosing to consign with Bella Bambino!
