Pick up Service

* Your time is precious and we want to free up as much of it as possible. For this reason we offer a pick up service for our consigning clientele.

*Please make sure you fill out the contract on-line and submit it to us.  We are not able to process items until a signed contract is received

*Pick up is offered as a free service within the cities of Burnsville , Savage, Prior Lake and Shakopee. Outside of these cities please call for a delivery charge; charge may be waived if multiple families arrange for single pick up.

 

 

Itemization/Photo of Donated Items

*We are happy to donate to charity the items we are not able to accept for consignment.  Our first choice for donation is the CAP Agency of Dakota County who will place as many of the items as possible directly into the homes where they are needed.  The items they cannot place they will use in their annual garage sale that benefits the agency as a whole.  We have also started working with Mission Outpost through Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville.  They provide a clothing pantry to needy families in the area.  If you would like a list of your items that have been donated, please contact us and we can print/e:mail this document for you. 

 

Payment System

We have updated our payment process to keep up with the growth we are continuing to see.  Starting with February 2010 checks (for January 2010 sales), we will no longer be automatically printing and sending.  We are shifting to an on demand system that is designed to minimize the service fees our consignor's pay for their checks.  You can view your updated sales amount through the online sales system (www.bellabambino.shoprw.com) to check your current balance.  When you decide you would like a check cut, stop in, call, or e:mail and we will cut and send.  It's that simple!  Checks will be sent within 24 hours of us receiving your request.
